Duties of College PD
- Participant development
- More involved in the program v. overseeing the program - Crafting a program logistically -- from scratch! - Create something sustainable - Able to integrate the program into rest of TAF - See program collectively / as a whole - Ability to come up with substantive things to fill in gaps in content - Strong representative and advocate for the mission of the College Program - Group facilitation / communication **super important - Mentors the College Program participants - Must determine how to integrate leadership training into programming |
