Marketing / PR of College Program

- Not actively seeking out new TAFers
- Spread the program word-of-mouth
- No mass advertisement at TA conferences/functions
- Get a few commitments --> snowball effect
- It is appealing to have new people at TAF, though

to clarify since i've been asked about the new TAFers and mass advertisement thing, only because the program will be brand new so we don't want to overload the program with a TON of new people just yet. so we'd like to just spread by word of mouth this year as campers and parents traditionally do for the other programs...
