Characteristics / Qualifications of College PD
- Must be very good at a human resources kind of thing
- Can sense who is a good facilitator - There need to be at least 2 PDs - Work closely with ED and other staff / support - 2 year minimum commitment? -- staggered continuity (one old, one new) - Maybe someone who has PDed before? - Desire for a pair of PDs with diverse backgrounds/experience - Detail-oriented? - Lots of communication and planning before TAF 2005 - Must know TAF very well, especially Youth / Youth population & structure - PD age: at least a senior in college (rising or graduating) - Strong understanding of the needs and issues of a college-aged population - Someone who embodies the mission of CP or strives to embody mission - Strong sense of identity, individual & collective |
