Leadership Structure

Leadership in the College program consists of two PDs, meeting the qualifications / characteristics lists posted earlier. PDs will basically run everything. In the program, there will be guest speakers that will just come in for one session. Guest speakers are drawn from other TAF staff, other programs' speakers, etc. Discussions will be facilitated / moderated by PDs or by College program participants.
